  • Digital Services: Since our services are intangible, we generally do not offer refunds after the service has been initiated. However, if you feel the service delivered does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases where services have not been fully rendered or a significant mistake was made, we may offer a partial refund.

2. Cancellations

  • Before Service Starts: If you wish to cancel your order before we start work, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.
  • After Service Begins: If the service has already started, cancellation may not be possible, or a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us to discuss the situation.

3. Refund Process

4. Razorpay Payment Disputes

If you have processed your payment through Razorpay and have issues, you may also initiate a dispute through Razorpay’s platform. However, we encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve the issue promptly.
